Amp Simulator Vst adalah software plugin atau aplikasi komputer atau laptop yang bisa di instal di Software rekaman atau Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).
Fungsi amp simulator adalah membentuk karakter suara gitar yang telah dibentuk di fx untuk dikeluarkan, misalnya karakter Marshall, Mesa Boggie, VOX, HK, Orange, Create, GK, Egnater, Bugera dll.
